Two cars and a total of three people were involved in the møteulykken by Engdalen in Halsa municipality, where a woman died on Sunday evening.
the Woman lived in Trondheim, but was originally from Sunnmøre.
– There is talk of a møteulykke. A car has come over in the opposite lane, said operasjonsleder Jan Helge Cool with the police in the county of Møre and Romsdal earlier in the evening.
the Woman was a passenger in the car which drove in the direction of Trondheim. It was a person in the oncoming car, informs the Keel.
The two other people were taken in an ambulance to St. Olav’s Hospital.
– These are not critically injured, ” says Keel.

the Woman who died was flown to St. Olav’s Hospital by air ambulance.
“We are working with an investigation on the spot and will get assistance from the vegvesenets ulykkesgruppe,” says Keel.
Reduced traction
the Norwegian public roads administration reports on Twitter about the reduced mobility on the route Kristiansund – Orkanger because of the accident.
