Politibetjenten testified in the case against Ubaydullah Hussain, who in the Oslo district court, is accused of recruitment to and membership in the terrorist group IS, also referred to as ISIL. He refuses straffskyld for this.
John Christian Fire is the lawyer to both Bhatti and Hussain. He says to NRK that both disagree in the claims, and react on that journey is connected to the case.
He says he has asked the PST to investigate the matter, and been told that the Pakistan tour would not be part of the ongoing case.
– we agree that it is not a correct fact that they were in Afghanistan and received military training? asked the Fire district attorney, Frederik G. Ranke in court.
I agree that we can’t prove that he has received military training or that he has met Bhatti in Afghanistan, said Ranke.

Believe in medfangen
