Requires investigation of the Thorkildsen – NRK

There are elected officials in the district of Bjerke who think Thorkildsen has exercised pressure and behaved in a manner that is grossly in conflict with the municipality’s leadership, writes Dagsavisen. Both the newspaper articles and Facebook posts have contributed to the dissatisfaction with the byråden.

“It is on the erroneous basis put undue pressure on the town’s administrative leadership, especially the district director. We considers the matter so serious that we with reference to our notification obligation as elected officials, will require it to begin an investigation of the council Inga Marte Thorkildsen and kommunaldirektør Change Sandvik”, type bydelsutvalget in a five pages long letter to the kontrollutvalget and kommunerevisjonen. All the political parties, except the SV have signed the letter, which is also sent as a carbon copy of yesterday, Raymond Johansen (Ap).

Henrik Gjerding (Frp) in kontrollutvalget says the issue is very serious and that he’s never seen anything like it. The committee will treat the question about the audit in January.

Thorkildsen says via his secretary that she is awaiting kontrollutvalgets treatment and therefore do not currently have the opportunity to comment on the case.
