E 18 expanded:
- The current path is expanded, but the project becomes leaner and less extensive than planned.
- E 18 expanded in the first place between Lysaker and Strand.
- there are a total of three lid over E18 on this stretch: one at Lysaker, one of the current bridge over the road at the beach, and one at Stabekk, where Bærum Diagonalen going on and there will be new and easier way out to Fornebu .

The parties seem to agree on new toll tariffs:
