– Dropped him not into

Valens defender John Christian Elden writes in an SMS to Dagbladet that Valentine has not received the indictment, but he knows that Valentine is contesting it.

– The serious charges against him have been dropped but that the police should have felt personally threatened because he let out a message that they should repent the next time, he fell not into, writes Elden further.

The serious accusation lawyer refers to is the accusation by Penal Code Section 155, which deals with violence and threats against a public servant.

Valentine was in fact charged under this section in February when he was arrested by police after published Facebook message.

Should have provoked

the charges stem from a confrontation Kristian Valen had with police in February this year.

The police were at the home of Valentine request of ambulance station, which wanted assistance. Valentine even contacted ambulance station due to accident in which her boyfriend injured himself.

The police were on the spot with five men, and Valen must have been provoked by the large police presence.
