NES: Motorcycle club Gremium register as a religious community in hopes of not getting kicked out of the mission house they are located in.
There are newspaper raumnes to review motorcycle club’s creative attempts to solve konflitken that occurred after they established themselves in an old mission house on Haga in Nes for a couple years ago.
the municipality has tried to force the motorcycle club, which is feared to be highly criminal, out of bedhuset they bought in 2014.
Now the club has registered religious community “Gremium Missionary Center Oslo “in Brønnøysundregistrene.
belief in seven
– We believe in the holy power of the number seven, says spokesperson for the religious community Gremium Mission Center, Johan Amundsen, to raumnes and responds to the question of whether he expects people to take this seriously:
– Yes, I think they should do.
Amundsen does not deny that the maneuver is done to deprive the municipality a important argument in the fight to get the club out of the chapel.
– the municipality has tried to deny us being there as motorcycle club. But they can not deny us being there as believers Assembly. Now we are registered as a religious community, and use of the property will thus be continued in line with what it was like Mission, said he told the newspaper.
Relates them still against crime
Amundsen refutes allegation that he represents a criminal motorcycle club. He believes Polti stigmatize them because they ride a motorcycle.
It rejects sheriff Bernt-Ingar Jahren.
– That they now define themselves as religious communities does not change my perception of this club. For us this is still a énprosentklubb which we relate to the crime, he said.
