They associate both himself and the two other indictees to the matter, without that I will go into further details, ” says Johansen.

Refuse to explain themselves

It is a 35-year-old who has not explained himself to the police since the first initial interrogation when he was arrested. It happened without that defence counsel was present.

In this interrogation, it took 22 minutes before he was made acquainted with their rights, after the criminal. Then, he had already seen pågripelsesbeslutningen and charge and started to explain themselves, ” said defender Per Espen Owned.

He is highly critical of the police not made him familiar with their rights until after the interrogation was in progress.

I’m surprised both that one is doing it, and that you defend it in the aftermath. I have pointed out that the interrogation can’t be used as evidence, and this is a part of the discussion with the police, ” says Eid.

Police do not want to comment on Eids statements.
