Two monkeys stolen in Oslo last night: – They are very likely to die of stress – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): Two monkeys were in the night stolen from Oslo Reptile. The park is very concerned about the animals and fear they may already be dead, NRK writes.

– You see monkeys for sale, you are offered one, it is someone who has suddenly monkeys, it could be ours, writes the Reptile Park on Facebook.

They say the only thing they want is to get Harald and Nano home.

– These monkeys can not tolerate much and is very likely to die of stress. There is very little monkeys we are talking about and when they are alone with their flock, in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people, so it is not good for them, says the animal responsible Camilla Bjerke Dagbladet.

The park has four dwarf marmosets and two of a white ear marmoset, and thieves have taken one each.

– Now it sits also a solitary marmoset again here under stress of being alone.
