Defender of the girl, lawyer Cecilie Nakstad, was informed of the indictment Thursday, writes Dagbladet.
– She is accused for premeditated murder under especially aggravating circumstances. Prosecutors also takes proviso that they may impose alleging detention, says the defender.
The clock 02.09 on Tuesday, 28 October last year police received notification that a female employed (31) was inflicted serious injuries by inmate at the institution Small units in Vollen in Asker.
When police and paramedics arrived, the woman was pronounced dead.
The girl who lived at the institution was known to the police in connection with previous cases of violence.
Anna Kristin Gillebo Backlund (30) were employed by the institution and was killed by 15-year-old she was set to fit in.
