Convicted murderer Thomas Müller anchor sentence of 21 years in prison for rape and murder of his wife Agnes Elisabeth Müller to the Supreme Court, writes Stavanger Aftenblad.
The reason for the appeal to the Supreme Court is alleged procedural errors in the Court of Appeal.
– I have talked with my client several times by the Appeal Court and we have agreed to appeal to the Supreme Court, says Müller’s lawyer Oliver Eskeland told the newspaper.
