Two of the defendants, who are men of Lithuania, is not arrested and has status as requested, police said in a statement Monday.
Of the 25 arrested are twelve Norwegian nationals. The rest are from Lithuania.
The Norwegians are domiciled in Oslo, Oslo, Romerike and Østfold. A person is from Haugesund.
“After extensive analysis and mapping were efforts aimed at a Lithuanian network as suspects for longer to have provided not insignificant number of Norwegian actors with drugs,” writes the police press release.
The charges were withdrawn after an investigation against organized drug crime in the district. Police in Asker and Bærum, Østfold and college cooperated with police in Oslo on the matter. Also Lithuanian police are connected to the case.
