SAS cancels five intercontinental flights – Oppland Arbeiderblad

Because of the pilot’s strike, SAS cancel five intercontinental flights in Pentecost weekend. Oslo New York Sunday among the affected routes.

Each cancellation affects 500 passengers, said SAS spokesman Knut Morten Johansen said.

In addition to a flying trip / return New York, set four flights from Copenhagen. It applies to Shanghai Saturday and Sunday, Chicago Sunday and San Francisco Sunday.

The message about the cancellations coming days after the Norwegian SAS pilots broke negotiations with the airline. Initially, six pilots go on strike.
