It was just before 04 night lørag police Telemark stating that a man allegedly stabbed with scissors.
This happened at a private address in Porsrgrunn where the two will have been together for a party or an after party when the incident took place.
– The two were going out to have a smoke when this happened. That was when one man stabbed the other with a pair of scissors, said Ole Kamben, operations manager in Telemark police.
