Sel sheriff’s office confirms that the 71 years old woman died of injuries, writes Tønsberg Blad.
The accident occurred Friday afternoon when the couple drove into the E6 from Highway 15 in Otta center.
– The car collided with a truck coming southbound, before passenger car then was thrown into the oncoming lane, where it collided with another truck, explained Operations Officer Arne Power in Gudbrandsdal Police NTB Friday night.
Her 73 year old husband was confirmed dead at the scene, while the woman was sent to St. Olav’s Hospital in Trondheim with serious injuries.
The couple was Tonsberg.
