* Mother of two Agnes Elisabeth Müller (36) was reported missing Saturday 19 April 2014 by her husband Thomas Müller (35).
* Tuesday 22 April, put the police started search and rescue.
* Monday 28 April, her husband charged with murder. The reason was technical track that was contrary to her husband’s explanation. Müller was in custody.
* Agnes Elisabeth Müller was recovered from 70 meters depth in Lysefjorden 6 May.
* Thomas Müller was charged with premeditated murder. In the trial in Jæren District Court in November, he acknowledged intentional murder, but claimed that the spouse had a desire to die.
* He was sentenced to 21 years in prison for murder and rape on December 4. The verdict was appealed on the same day.
* The appeal began in Gulating Appeal 6 May 2015.
* May 12, he was in the Court of Appeal sentenced to 21 years in prison rape and premeditated murder.
