A 36 year old woman is charged with manslaughter on Vibeche Falck Danielsen (48) in Trondheim, was Wednesday remanded in custody for eight more weeks.
The woman has been indicted in the case since June 9. She was the following day in custody for eight weeks. On Wednesday the detention extended for a further eight weeks in South Trøndelag District Court, writes Adresseavisen.
The court believes the woman should expect to be imprisoned until the trial starts.
It was the woman’s former partner which nominated her in the proceedings against him in the High Court. He was sentenced there to 13 years’ imprisonment for the murder of Danielsen.
Danielsen, according to prosecutors along with his then partner have transported Danielsens equal to 1.5 kilometers in an electric wheelchair before they dumped the corpse in Nidelva. Danielsen was found dead in the river on January 21 last year after having been missing for five days. Probably she was killed with an ax.
The suspect 36-year-old has not admitted guilt and anchor Wednesday’s decision custody.
