Two girls hung standing on skateboard while they remained stuck in a car that drove at Hove camp on Tromøya outside Arendal in Aust-Agder.
One of the girls fell off and settled unconscious. She was rushed to hospital in Arendal with head injuries.
Night Monday informs Southern hospitals that girl has serious injuries, but the condition is deemed stable.
The girl was born in 2001.
According Agderposten it should have been six people in the car as they drove through Hove camp. The driver of the car, a 35 year old man, had had driving license for two days. Police took your license away from him.
Arendal police take over the investigation of the case.
