A fifteen year old boy paddled Wednesday afternoon at Hvaler in Østfold when he was clean in the sinking by a pleasure boat.
– He was run over by what should have been a ca. 17 foot yacht with youngsters on board, said operations manager Villy Meier at Østfold police told Aftenposten.
The boy came to the country on their own, but leisure boat disappeared from the site, has enlightened witnesses to the police. The young kayaker has come home, and the case will be prosecuted in Fredrikstad Thursday.
– This is an incredibly ugly incident. Witnesses have stated to us that the youngsters on board must have known what happened. They left obviously place even though they knew what had happened, said operations Meier.
Police want tips from people who’ve seen the incident or knows anything about who the perpetrators are.
