FpU, Young Conservatives and the Young Liberals will bestow to clock 04.00 – Aftenposten

On a pier restaurant in Arendal bowls FpU leader Atle Simonsen and Young Conservative leader Kristian Tonning Riise for agreement between three of the four non-socialist youth parties .

FpU, Young Conservatives and Young Liberals suggest that the municipality should be able to choose whether they will let clubs serve alcohol to clock 04.00.

– There will lead to a better life, says leader of FpU, Atle Simonsen, told Aftenposten.

Across KrF – again

Along with Riise and manager Tord Hustveit of the Young Liberals, he believes that greater freedom for municipalities will mean greater opportunity to differentiation of nightlife, in that objects can have several different closing times.

He also says it will provide better earnings for nightlife.

The proposal goes across the wishes of the partner KrF – already in Klinsj with the rest of the bourgeois parties in the issue of Sunday shopping.

For party leaders still think that also the parent parties will be able to find common ground in Parliament.

– The parliamentary programs is all the three parties for more liberal rules. It will be majority support for this in Parliament, says Riise Young Conservatives.

Believe Christian Democrats have opened the faucet

Simonsen says KrF have offered up to dance by going for austerity in bestowing times this spring. They would then go from the current rules on bestowing top at 03:00 o’clock 02:00.

Thus mean Simonsen and the other that KrF has made it clear that changes in the closing times will not affect the “main lines” in the Norwegian alcohol policy.

It is important, since the rules according to agreement from Nydalen autumn 2013 remain unchanged.

– The mean one-hour tightening is not to change the main lines, then it must also be possible to expand with one hour, says Simonsen, and receives support from the Young Conservatives and the Young Liberals.

You mean the proposal is realistic

Simonsen expects the Progress Party proposes in Parliament this fall, and that the proposal receives support of parent parties to Kristian Riise and Tord Hustveit.

Young Liberal leader says it is an advantage if you get a deal there too KrF, but that the three parties matter should work to get through changes.

– What happens if KrF says no?

– I think this is something we should be able to agree on the matter, but it is an advantage if all with, say Hustveit.

FRP: Was surprised by KrF

Morten Wold, who is Fremskrittspartiet alcohol policy spokesman, told Aftenposten that a proposal for extensions of bestowing the ages have not been raised in the parliamentary group .

He said little to indicate that a proposal will be tabled in the fall, but understands youth parties argument.

– We were surprised KrF approach when it comes to opening hours, because we had spots alcohol policy remains unchanged. As such, I understand that the youth parties fosters such a proposal, says Wold told Aftenposten.

KrFU believes the proposal violates the main lines

In Norwegian Young Christian Democrats, they are not impressed with the proposal.

– The main line is that alcohol policy should be restrictive and responsible. Clockwise 2:00, we agree with the police, health care and organizations. There is no one who suggests serving to clock 04.00 apart from the entertainment industry, says youth leader Emil André Erstad to Aftenposten.

He will let the party leadership in the mother party making the final assessment of whether such a change would violate the MoU.

– But I think the main line is a restrictive and responsible alcohol policy, and that having serving to clock 04.00 will break with it, says Erstad to Aftenposten.
