Warmest August since 1950 – Dagbladet.no

In Oslo and Tafjord must stretch back to 2002 to find a warmer month of August and in Tromsø perhaps dating back to 1950, according to meteorologists at Storm, reports TV 2

Forecasts for the next ten days shows that the Mid-Norway going To look back on the late summer month with 3-4 degrees warmer than normal.

In Værnes and Tafjord can August be entered as the third or fourth warmest ever recorded.

June and July, however, has been colder this summer than normal.

– In June, the average temperature 1-2 degrees lower than normal, and July we also look back on relatively cool even the average temperature was near normal, says Storm meteorologist Lillian Bergheim.

In July there was also more rainfall than it tends and Western Norway can look back on a summer with almost double the normal rainfall.

– west coast south of Stadt has not experienced such a cool July since 2004, says Bergheim.

From Monday may be rainfall particularly in Southern and Eastern and Tuesday it appears that the stable summer weather is over for now.
