(Dagbladet): One person is confirmed dead after a fire in an apartment building in New York City last night.

An apartment building in Dublin city center is completely burnt, and the police have initiated evacuation.

– It burns well. There is an old wooden house that has caught fire. All emergency services are on site, and it is working hard to extinguish the fire. People in the building being evacuated, said operations manager Marianne Brown in Vestoppland police.

The police was notified of the fire shortly after midnight Saturday night. It has not been determined how many people were in the building when the fire was reported.
