Oslo (NTB): Justice Minister Anders Anundsen (FRP) Mullah Krekar acknowledges that can not be sent back to Iraq now. Instead he will meet with notification and imposed whereabouts – probably outside Oslo.
Wednesday sent the justice minister an instruction to the Police Directorate, which means that people who Krekar rule shall apply to notification and a specific place until they are sent out of the country. Statute is the Immigration Act section 105.
The Minister of Justice estimates NTB that a “handful” people are appropriate for notification and imposed whereabouts. The assumption is that they are considered a danger to national security, and the existence of an expulsion decision who for various reasons can not be implemented immediately.
The new instruction does not open to set Krekar house arrest or detention. He will thus be able to walk freely on the street, provided he meets the notification requirement. More uncertain whether he will be able to stay in Oslo.
– The basis of the instruction is that imposed whereabouts shall be outside the big cities, says Anundsen said. (© NTB)
