After the court hearing Tuesday notified the court first that ruling on whether the decision to forcibly move Mullah Krekar to Kyrksæterøra is valid or not should be pronounced Friday afternoon. Friday, however, made a reservation that the ruling would be finished during the day.
– If the decision is clear today, it will be sent out at 15.30 o’clock. Should it not be ready today, or should there be a change in the times, it will be sent out a message about this during the morning, illuminated information manager Irene Ramm Oslo District Court at 10:30 Friday morning.
Oslo Police decided to forcibly move Krekar to a reception center in Oslo after he was released from prison last Sunday. The decision was appealed and the case was heard in court Tuesday.
The decision on forced evictions are based on an instruction from Justice Minister Anders Anundsen (FRP), which allows police consider imposing persons Krekar a specific residence and notification.
