Kyrksæterøra, Oslo or Trondheim? – Dagbladet.no

Kyrksæterøra, Oslo or Trondheim? – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): Mullah Krekar fate the next few days is highly uncertain. After the Tuesday became known that the police have given him orders to move to trønder village Kyrksæterøra, his lawyer Brynjar Meling announced a complaint against this decision. But what the different factors purely practical want to say too Krekar geographical location is unclear.

Krekar serving their last days of a judgment against threats to Erna Solberg and three Kurds; scheduled he releases Sunday. Until now, he has been in Kongsvinger prison, but just how he is now, is unclear.

– I’m waiting for feedback from the police on this, says lawyer Meling Dagbladet 15 o’clock.

– Trondheim rationally

As long Krekar correctional responsibilities, they can theoretically take this opportunity to carry him closer Kyrksæterøra eg. Trondheim prison. It would insofar be rational, from the authorities’ desire to keep him away Oslo, says Jon Wessel-Aas, lawyer and human rights expert, told Dagbladet.

– How likely is it that he prescience on Kyrksæterøra within short time?

– Until another instance of the Oslo police, ie the court says otherwise, the police can enforce the order from Sunday, says Wessel-Aas.

– But police have jurisdiction over him when he has atoned finished?

– As he unleashes, he has as far as I know an order immediately to move, and police utlendingsenhets responsibility. If nothing else happens – eg. that Meling complaints – will order be executed; it is a criminal offense not to comply with it. But he has the notified that he will complain, says Wessel-Aas.

Appeals ready

His lawyer says Meling Dagbladet that he has already written complaint.

– The document quality assurance says defender 15 o’clock.

Melings complaint may be either civil or criminal. A civil called Injunction – where one requesting that the implementation of a decision postponed – triggers called suspensive effect, ie evictions not be started until a ruling is.

Oslo District Court, however, earlier today stated that they see it as natural that the case be dealt criminal justice system, in line with a detention meeting. Such treatment may happen tomorrow, and the ruling will likely be relatively quickly, possibly already Monday.

– It would be sensational if the police spent a lot of taxpayers’ money to take him to Kyrksæterøra before ruling exists, says Wessel Aas.

He stressed that Krekar most likely will have to meet in Oslo District Court during the processing of the complaint.

– But it could also conceivably that he finds himself in Trondheim, and that the case thus going for a set court (right treatment at a location other than a court real area, editor.) there, the lawyer said.

Will stay with the family?

Wessel Aas maintains that the compulsory placement does not contain much of practical details, and that it is conceivable that Krekar will stay with family in Oslo while waiting for a decision. Going Melings complaint through several appeal instances, it may take some time.

– At his release he is no longer captive, and he represents in itself no immediate danger to the environment from what is known, he said.

– It is also possible that he is allowed to go HomeAbout to retrieve their things. But it’s probably not in line with the Attorney ANUNDSEN want; it picks out badly if Krekar allowed to Svipp back home, like to pack a cabin trip.

Oslo police, by a communications Sølvi Glendrange, said Dagbladet that they will not give some comments about Krekar destiny now.
