When the car with Krekar had run out of prison gate, he went out, sat down on his knees in the snow and bowed his head toward the ground. Smiling he also said a few words to the many journalists who were present.
– I want to thank all the officers here at Kongsvinger. I thank everyone I’ve met at the library and at school. All are good people, but it is a bad system, such as North Korea. The last two years have been violations of human rights, said Krekar.
58-year-old showed as a quilt he had made that read “To Kongsvinger prison department A. With regards M. Krekar.”
– I will not answer any questions he said and sat back in the car, as his brother ran.
Krekar has atoned finished a sentence of two years and ten months for death threats against Prime Minister Erna Solberg (H) and three Kurds. He sat inside department Vardaasen Reserved foreign inmates. (© NTB)
