Norwegian aircraft heading to Bangkok had to land because of violent passages – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): Dreamliner plane took off from Gardermoen at 13.35 in the afternoon and was heading to Bangkok, but had to stop in Warsaw.

The reason was a violent passenger on board.

– It was a violent passenger on board the plane. One who behaved violently. So when we were over Ukraine, then decided the captain to turn around and land in Warsaw, says Norwegian’s spokesman Julius Støback Dagbladet.

– Was aggressive

It was VG first publicized case. Dagbladet has spoken with one of the passengers on board the plane, which tells that the mood began to be quite uncomfortable.

– The man went back and forth in the plane and was out and walked. He fussed about having more alcohol and was well more and more impatient. He was quite aggressive, says passenger Dagbladet.

They were first told that there was a technical error on the plane, and that they had to turn around.



– Tried to calm him down

English says that the man behaved violently, but according to passenger injured man not any.

– There was someone here who had sat next to him and they had probably only Jatte with and tried to calm him down. He seemed pretty drunk, says passenger Dagbladet.

Police waiting outside when the plane landed in the Polish capital.

– The plane is refueled up and should have by now again as soon as possible, said English.
