A soldier was Tuesday night operated after a shooting incident on Terningmoen camp in Elverum in Hedmark Monday night.
He was sent to Inland Hospital in Hamar for treatment. NRK are told that he was operated on Monday night and that the condition is stable.
Police confirmed earlier in the night to Dagbladet that it took place a shooting at a military camp on Monday evening. The relatives are notified.
– The police come with more information Tuesday. Police handling the investigation. They must make themselves ready and find out what has happened, said operations manager Trond Bird Hedmark police.
The soldier is a student at the military academy, which is part of Terningmoen camp. (© NTB)
