Meling: Krekar detention may provide grounds for impeachment – Dagsavisen

Basis

Law Professor Mads Andenæs, one of the foremost experts on human rights, says Human Rights is constitutional and that such a violation could be a basis for impeachment.

He stressed, however, that neither the Prime Minister nor the other parliamentary parties have expressed that they share Jensens vision and says he believes it will be difficult to get Parliament to institute proceedings.

Jensen confirms in an email to Dagbladet that she stands by the statement of the TV 2 and earlier statements .

She writes, however, that FRP government must adhere to the party’s proposal to open custody of persons who are considered a threat to national security, have been down in Parliament.

Question Period
