Four men charged with rape in refugee centers – Bergens Tidende

The accused and the victim must have been aware of each other before they came to Norway.

Four men charged with rape and gross bodily injury against a 19-year-old man at a reception center in Oslo in December.

– It’s been made long interrogation of all the accused, and it will also be made legal questioning. We sit on the film of the abuse, which the accused have filmed, said police attorney Lise Dalhaug the Southeast police told Dagbladet.

The abuse of 19-year-old allegedly took place on December 4 last year, the transit reception Oslofjord Convention Center in Stokke, Vestfold. 19-year-old was admitted to the Vestfold Hospital after the incident, as it was described as a violent episode. He suffered serious injuries.

Three of the accused has been sitting in custody with letters and restraining since December, while the fourth was arrested in Stockholm on Friday afternoon, after an arrest warrant from the Norwegian police. The three accused, 19-year-old asylum seekers. The man who was arrested in Stockholm, lawfully resident in Sweden, but the summons delivered to Norway.

According to Dagbladet is one of the defendants designated as principal in the case. He does not acknowledge guilt by accusation, but has stated that he has been present at a situation that is under investigation. (© NTB)
