– We did notice an argument that has degenerated into a brawl. A person is stabbed. The person is taken to hospital and is seriously injured. The perpetrator is apprehended not far from the site, said division manager Rune Brook Moen police in Kongsvinger, NRK.
The police was notified of the incident at 3 o’clock on Monday night by a witness who was in the residence where the stabbing took place . Both the alleged offender and the victim is in his 30s.
– We will spend the day now to form a picture of what has happened. We are investigating both tactically and technically at the scene, says Brook Moen.
