Yesterday presented Aps Governing Mayor candidate Raymond Johansen their plans for elderly care in Oslo. They promise extra cash from the planned property tax, but change little in the use of private players.

One nursing home back to the municipality

The other private nursing homes have eight-year contract that expires after municipal elections in 2019.

The municipality currently operates 21 nursing homes. If several of these put out to tender with a new civic councils are subject to negotiations after the election.
