Man in 70s shot dead workmate, before police found him dead in a … – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): There was a man in 70s who shot and killed a businessman colleague at Økern in Oslo on Tuesday morning, before he should have taken his own life, said Head of violence section of the Oslo police, Stein Olav Bredli.

He held at 11:30 a press conference at Police HQ in Greenland.



– Found in garage

A short time ago confirmed the police that both the victim and the alleged perpetrator is confirmed dead.

– The killing allegedly occurred in a business venue, says Bredli.

He says that they found a severely injured person when they come out after at 09.02 having been alerted about a shooting incident. It was a witness to the incident who alerted police.

The perpetrator in the early ’70s was at 09.53 found dead in a garage in Oslo.

– He had most likely taken his own life, he said without wanting to say where in Oslo man was found.
