Fifth-year-old sentenced to nine years in detention – Aftenposten

District Court Judge Jens-Sveinung Wegner and the two lay judges follow therefore prosecutor Erik Forde alleging custody for the fifth year old who has admitted to killing Anna Kristin Gillebo Backlund.

Backlund was killed when she was a night watchman at the institution Small Entities in Vollen in Asker.

15-year-old sentenced to nine years in detention with a minimum term of six years for killing Anna Kristin Gillebo Backlund. The judge believes the murder was committed with premeditation and under particularly stringent conditions.

It is unclear whether forvsvarsadvokat Cecilie Nakstad will appeal the judgment on behalf of his client, but she said earlier today that it will be difficult to live with detention.

In indefinite is that the longest time can be extended by up to 5 years at a time and there is no limit to the number of extensions. In principle therefore means that detention may apply for life.



Asphyxiated and stabbed to death

The experts think the girl must have close professional supervision of the therapists together for many years and they do not exclude that she may become violent again.
