Six years in prison for rape, pimping and human trafficking – NRK

The man was in Drammen District Court in 2014 sentenced to seven years in prison, but appealed his conviction that applied rape, intercourse with a minor, pimping and human trafficking to the Court.

Where was the man sentenced to six years in prison. The verdict from the Court of Appeal was unanimous.

– We will consider an appeal against the sentence. That is what is possible to do now, says the man’s lawyer, Karsten Gjone.

The case has been referred to as one of the greatest moral issues in eastern and police have conducted an extensive investigation. A separate team worked on it for several months, in addition assisted NCIS in the investigation.

– We appealed the because we were hoping for a different result when it came accusation of rape and trafficking. We take the jury’s decision, saying Gjone.

He says he now will go more deeply through the premises of the High Court sentencing, before it is decided whether the appeal to the Supreme Court. The deadline for appeal is two weeks.

Drammen Eren include convicted of drugging and raping a girl under 16 years. He is also convicted of human trafficking and pimping.

In addition, the man convicted of storage and distribution of a large number of photos and videos showing abuse of children.

The man should have taken photographs and film of the girl, who was 16 years old. These are part of the extensive photographic material seized at his home.

The point about human trafficking and pimping are related to the defendant’s connection with an African woman. She should have moved in with him in autumn 2011, after they became known on the Internet. She was in the country without a passport and residence permit.
