The police confirm that it was the missing Per Gallefos (58) which was found by a mini-submarine in Kile Water Skien Monday afternoon. 58-year-old disappeared after a fishing trip Friday.
The dead were found at 31 meters deep, and divers were requisitioned to pick him up. Shortly before the clock 17 confirms Telemark police that it is the missing 58-year-old found.
– He is identified and the next of kin have been notified, stating Operations Jørn Larsen Gustav said.
The man was found near where he was last seen, and Larsen says there were other relevant missing in the area. Police felt therefore quickly assured that it was Gallefos was found. Search on land was thus quickly set.
Larsen says there is no reason to believe that there has been a crime in connection with the death.
– All indications are that he simply fell into the water, said Operations Officer.
