(Dagbladet / NTB): The emergency number 113 appears again, after being out of service in Vestfold and Telemark.
The reason that certain calls not coming through is not yet known, according Vestfold Hospital, type NTB. Tests show that all lines again function normally.
The hospital has not received
reports that error has led to medical consequences for patients. 
People were previously requested to use 110 or 112 if they needed it.
