Still unclear when Anundsen get verdict – Østlands-Posten

A decision could come Friday, said sources in the government two cooperating parties said. But the probability is greater that clarification first come over the weekend, added it.

SV has promoted confidence motion against justice minister dealing asylum children matter. The proposal has the support of the Labor Party and the Centre. If the Christian Democrats and Left fall on same conclusion must Anundsen resign. In such a situation expected Prime Minister Erna Solberg (H) to seek government dismissal.

– Votes against

During the Friday shall parties SCSCA have written their comments to distrust proposal . Such notices may be changed before Parliament dealing with the case in plenary and a setting can be followed by new proposals.

In theory, thus ANUNDSEN fate remain unresolved for a while, but little to indicate that the Christian Democrats and Left choose such a strategy.

– We must make a decision soon. Meanwhile, this is a difficult issue. We need time to reflect, says a source in one of the two center parties.

Most people expect it for sure that the Liberals and Christian Democrats will hold their hand over Anundsen, simply because they do not see themselves served with a government crisis. Simultaneously, they have something to gain by spending time, not least because municipal committee currently has two suggestions for treatment that cut right into the merits political core.

Composite

One of the proposals states that while remaining asylum children were sent out of the country last year to get their cases retried. The second calls for a rigorous practice for returns of families with children to Afghanistan.

SV stands behind both representative proposals, which have the support of the Liberal Party and the Christian Democratic Party. Committee to both proposals shall be submitted on March 26, but NTB are told that the parliamentary leaders also are involved. It makes the outcome less predictable for committee members.

The question of whether these two issues affect the treatment of mistrust proposal, are answered in different ways. In KrF rejected such a link categorically, while sources in the Liberal states that it is difficult to assess control case against Anundsen without regard for politics he has led and leads.

New instructions

Thursday gave the Justice Department instructed the UDI and UNE to postpone planned forced returns for long remaining children who have not been treated their case for changes in immigration regulations in December last year.

– This happens regardless of mistrust matter. The meeting we had about this yesterday, was scheduled for some time in advance, says Christian Democrat Geir Toskedal said. (© NTB)
