There is no majority for distrust against Justice Minister Anders Anundsen (FRP). – Siste.no

KrF and Left satisfied with a sharp criticism. On the other hand, the opposition in Parliament agreed on mistrust. The reason is that the Minister has misinformed Parliament in asylum children matter. It is a dangerous exercise constitutionally.

The Minister of Justice has apologized from the Parliamentary shoutbox. KrF leader Knut Arild Hareide believes it is mitigating that Anundsen not deliberately held back information. He is therefore forgiven. But this issue also has a political aspect, and it is just as interesting.

The government undertook namely a policy change that does not reached down in police ranks . Thus, the asylum children have been sent out of the country on the wrong basis. KrF leader believes that this background is more important that the Minister of Justice cleans up and lets the wrong seconded asylum kids get their cases reconsidered.

Labour Party strategists felt reasonably confident that the Christian Democrats and Left would not trap the government. Thus it was “harmless” for Labor to fight fire. If there had been a majority for distrust, would the Prime Minister Erna Solberg set behind the justice minister. Thus it would have been a government crisis, and Labor leader Jonas Gahr Støre had had over as prime minister. It would have destroyed Labour’s strategy, which is to let bourgeois fry in their own fat until parliamentary elections in 2017.

KrF leader Knut Arild Hareide stresses that the constitutional criticism of the Minister of Justice must be clearly separated from the political section of the case. It is a message that reads slightly hollow, especially when Hareide presented both cases in the same speech to the party’s National Board Friday. If he was keen to be believed at this point, should parliamentary group’s formal criticism have been published a few days earlier.

Anders Anundsen was considered one of the strongest cards when he came into government in autumn 2013. It last six months have tripped over his own feet in several cases. Asylum Kids case is the most serious, but he also did poorly political craftsmanship when the government proposed a national ban on begging with little thoughtful regulations. Here did Anundsen up bill without host by taking for granted that the Centre Party was on the team.

In the asylum case has children Labor, SV and the Centre apparently been most interested in giving justice minister a kick on shinbone. KrF and Left sets with plaster and provide necessary first aid. Minister must meet politically to get the wounds to heal. Meanwhile limps Anders Anundsen on.
