A 59 years old man who sat 30 years in a høysikkerhetsfengsel, is indicted for new rape – one month after he got out.

Prosecutor Havard Kalvåg says that defendant prehistory is part of the assessment of evidence.
The release of 59-year-old in May 2014 happened without probation in advance, which is the normal time when convicts should be returned in the community.
59-year-old was of Correctional Services considered unfit for parole.
