Saturday night police received notice of a seriously injured person in an apartment in Hurrød hill Fredrikstad. The person was taken to Ullevål Hospital with head injuries.
The aggrieved is a man in their 50s, police told NRK. His condition is described as serious but stable.

Police arrested a person a short time later . At five o’clock in the night, they could also report that another person had been arrested.
