Remember to set the clock in the night – Adresseavisen

On the night of Sunday at 2:00 starts summer time, and the clock will be set one hour forward. Norway has had periods with and without summer time but since 1980 we have followed the standard in Europe because it is convenient.

Despite the fact that it is done regularly and for over 35 years now there are still many who do not quite remember when it should be set up and when it should be set back:

– A rule of thumb is this: Assume that you look forward to summer vacation, and that you set the clock forward in the spring. In autumn longs to return to the summer holidays and thus complies with the clock back, tipping Metrology.

Summer season lasts the rest until Sunday 30 October.
