Five friends of the injured have explained to the police that they were inside the apartment on the third floor when they saw the 19-year-old falling off. She was alone on the terrace.

Two witnesses on the road outside the apartment complex has given the same explanation.

– They saw no one else on the terrace than the woman. Both observed her sitting on the railing just before she fell, said operations manager Kai Gudbrandsen at the police station in Hønefoss to Dagbladet.
