The 29-year-old woman sitting in the witness box in Drammen District Court, is the eldest of the couple’s six children. She emits a steady and strong explanation about family relationships before her mother her according indictment killed her father at Easter 2013.
On March 27 that year Frontline CEO Per Gunnar Asheim found dead in his wife burnt BMW on a secluded park in Lier outside Drammen.
indictment: Premeditated murder
Public Prosecutions has ordered that the 53 years old woman, Asheim spouse, shall be prosecuted for premeditated murder of her husband. In addition she is accused of abuse of its gene kids and husband for several years.

When the criminal case opened in Drammen District Court Tuesday morning, acknowledged 53-year-old partial culpability of maltreatment of children, but denied having killed her husband. Instead she believes that he took his own life.
Defender: What if she speaks the truth?
The woman should give testimony at a later date. One of her defenders, lawyer Anders Westeng, said in his introduction following description of his client:
– She’s a speisielt demanding woman. We will hear recordings that are painful to hear. But murder she did not commit. What if she speaks the truth?

Daughter: Unnatural saying mom
When the couple’s eldest daughter testified, she drew a picture of a mother who has been manipulative, controlling and cunning. And which finishes with a belt and threatened violence.
