On Friday August 1, the police got the message that a woman is raped during the blues festival in Notodden.
– We have arrested a man and made several witnesses and technical studies, says operations manager Ole Jørgen Lund police.
The man was released after interrogation, but are still charged in the case.
According to police, there is no information in the case, suggesting that this could be termed as an assault rape.
– For the sake of the further investigation we can not give more details about the case, says Lund told NRK.
