Two arrested after stabbing in Oslo – NRK

Police received notification stabbing in Osterhaus’ street right after the clock 13 Saturday.

– When we got the message we were also told that a person ran from the place. When we arrived was a person bleeding and injured on the ground. We considered that it was urgent to get him to hospital as police drove him to Ullevål Hospital, said Arve Røtterud efforts leader of the Oslo police.



Two arrested

Already after an hour were two people apprehended. In addition, the police decided to bring in a third person who is suspected of having a certain involvement in the case.

– We believe we may have circled the right people, but we must continue working with them in questioning says Røtterud.

Not life-threatening injured

– How is the condition of the victim?

– The last I heard from Ullevål Hospital, is that he is conscious and that set off the danger, but that he treated injuries, says Røtterud.

Police do not know the background of the stabbing, but several of those involved are homeless as police had contact with before.



Police investigated the surrounding area where the stabbing occurred. The victim should not be life-threatening injured.
