Got seven years in prison for storing amphetamine. Hid it in the woods – Dagbladet.no

Police found in February last year almost ten kilograms of methamphetamine hidden in the woods by Melhus Sor-Trondelag. Now two Lithuanians sentenced to seven years in prison for the safekeeping of the drug.

After drug dogs had sniffed front bracket on 9.6 kg methamphetamine, police planned to replace drugs with educational material as well as to set up a video camera. There they managed not. While police ran and rigged up in the woods, two Lithuanians (34 and 43) consistently against drug repository, writes Adresseavisen.

Both men were arrested on the spot and in December they met in court charged retention of methamphetamine.

The accused 43-year-old admitted guilt in court, while the youngest lita the redfish refused. Just before Christmas came the decision against the men. Sør-Trøndelag District Court sentenced both to seven years in prison for storing drugs.

This is the second largest methamphetamine seizures made in Sor-Trondelag. It’s stems from 2009, when a drug dog sniffed his way to 14 kg methamphetamine packaged in bottles under a root in himself in Klæbu.
