Some sun in the south and in Troms – Dagbladet.no

The country can be roughly divided into two when it comes to the weather ahead: mostly fine in south – gray, cold and eventually snow showers to the north.

The message from duty meteorologist Øyvind Johnsen is that Southern Norway will walk away with the best weather next week .

– From Saturday expected something showers, especially first day in eastern and Trøndelag, while the rest of the area in southern Norway have pretty good weather.

From Sunday onwards week there will be a fair amount of sun.

– it will simply relatively fine weather in the south at the beginning of next week. A good deal of sunshine, but temperatures are not very high. Eastern region will probably have the highest temperatures, perhaps up to 12 to 13 degrees he said.

Heading north, people must, however, gearing up for the snow flurries and freezing temperatures, especially over the weekend.

– From Trøndelag and northwards, a low pressure off the Helgeland characterize Saturday. Overall, with little rain, but further north you get squall air in from the sea.

– It’s cool air from the Arctic Ocean, as temperatures will remain low, very near zero along the coast and maybe minus degrees inland, says Johnsen.

Inner areas of Troms can however get a fair amount of sun.

– Mostly are not weekend up north bad , it does not get much rain and it gets little wind, says Johnsen.

During the next week it becomes worse weather, with a risk of sleet, snow and snow showers throughout the area, said meteorologist.
