900 former Westerdals students requires 83,332,802 money refunded. The requirement is aimed at Westerdals owner Nicolai Løvenskiold, former President Tom Kvisle and former director Lars Eric Onarheim.

It appears from a letter from attorney Andrew Slettvoll in Steenstrup Stordrange which E24 was the first to mention Wednesday . DN also have access to the letter dated Monday April 25th.

In March it became known that private school Westerdals took more in tuition fees from students than regulations allowed for the period 2002 to 2012.

the letter notifies attorney Slettvoll requirement directors’ liability against these three individuals, and does not preclude further claims against others involved in the school management “for acts committed in the relevant period.”

– What is surprising is that these forecasts come while Westerdals have a dialogue going with the former students, says communications director Trond Andresen in the school holding company Anton B . Nilsen to E24.

the requirement for 83 million of the approximately 900 former students represented by Steenstrup Stordrange is according to the letter, claiming compensation for “illegal levy tuition fees, and repayment of tuition fees for lines that had the approval WSoC (Westerdals school of Communication, journ.anm.) has claimed to have “.

  • Westerdals Oslo ACT was created in 2014 when three private schools merged: Westerdals school of communications (WSoC ), NITH and NISS.
  • the school is owned by the Group Anthon B Nilsen, owned by Peder Nicolai Løvenskiold and Reidar and Gunnar Holst’s endowment.
  • DN told autumn 2015 about how the school owners moved over 100 million from the schools to the parent company in connection with the merger, despite the ban on dividends.
  • the state requires back altogether NOK 56 million that was provided in government and financial support in connection with three lines at Westerdals which was run without approval.
  • the then Westerdals school of Communications also demanded more tuition fees from students than regulations allowed between 2002 and 2012.
