(Dagbladet): In the three-month long trial against abuse defendant Julio Kopseng (38) is two days set aside for the prosecution procedure. Police Attorney Andreas Strand and Attorney Guro Hansson Bull strongly against the defendant dancer and want to undermine his credibility.
– He lies as he believes it himself, and he’ll never be able to tell the same story twice. The explanations appear to be fabricated and and very little credibility, said Beach earlier today.

While he and Bull initially spoke generally about the very extensive indictment, which includes 17 aggrieved over a period from 2001 to 2013, using the afternoon to deal with each indictment point.
Kopseng sits nicely dressed and seemingly unaffected between their defenders Djordje Borojevic and Johnny Veum while prosecutors holding his extensive litigation. Several of the aggrieved women are also present.
Strand speaks directly to the jury of twelve men and women (to be reduced to ten) while he deals with a double rape Kopseng to have committed at home among themselves on haze in 2006. According to the indictment he lured two women 21 years old home, where he drugged them and assaulted them; the two women should have witnessed that the other was raped.
The prolific dancer and event company owner denies having committed any abuse – he also refuses to at all to know the two women, who first Reviewed him in 2013, after the case began to circulate on the web.

Strand points out that the two women have placed Kopseng housing in the correct area, few steps from Aker hospital. One of them also drew a drawing he describes as “impressive equals” Oslo’s plans.
Kopseng believes himself the victim of a conspiracy – that women have conspired against him and invented rape in retaliation for his unrequited their feelings, or with compensation money as a motive. He also believes that more people have constructed their explanations after reading about the case in the media.
This is rejected by Strand. He points out that drugging was not mentioned in the media at the time when the two women delivered review.
Are detention
Strand and Bull have previously announced that they want detention center for the dancer if he is found guilty . During last year’s two district court cases he was sentenced respectively. 15 and 12 years of detention, and it is expected that the prosecution put on a higher level in the High Court, since two appeals have been merged into one.
Trine Rjukan, who is counsel for ten of the victims, said before the proceedings started, that she expects the strictest punishment – 21 years in detention – for Kopseng.
Neither Rjukan or defender Johnny Veum want to comment on the prosecution procedure today.
