POWER: Dramatic Friday for families with children. The four-year-old girl to have suffered serious injuries after she fell out of a window in the family house.

The time 19.45 got East Police Message from Ullevål Hospital that the child has suffered serious damage.

– A four year old child fell out of a window. The child is taken to Ullevål hospital. She suffered serious injuries, but it should not be life threatening, said operations manager Peter Olausson in Eastern Police District.

The fall should have been at a height of about four meters.

– She Deis right in the pavement, says Olausson.

The sequence of events is unknown after the accident happened in a house on Stream Friday night.

The police are now in place and have started investigation in order to clarify what has happened.

Both the child and her parents were taken to the hospital when police arrived.

– The parents are naturally along with the

girl at Ullevål. We have therefore been unable to interview any of them yet. The first priority is that they now are with your child, then we’ll start the investigation otherwise. We have both criminal and crime technicians guard in place on site. There are traces at the site to be secured and reviewed, and we will see if it is possible to find witnesses otherwise, says Olausson.

Police said at 21.45 that they still do not have full control over events.

– Round query has not given us anything new. Thus we are awaiting for us to talk with parents on Saturday, says Olausson.
